Rooms at our bed breakfast in Amsterdam
The 2 rooms are decorated in art nouveau style. They are located on the 2nd floor: The Klimt room en Blue design room both have good quality beds, their own seat and free coffee– tea facilities, flatscreen TV’s , Wifi and wardrobes on the bed and breakfast room. The bathroom is shared with the other room, if occupied. In our dining room we exhibit varying Dutch modern art.

Rates per guest for the bed and breakfast
For the first night you pay 45 (Blue green Room) or 55 € (Klimt room) per person per night for double occupancy. For single occupancy you pay 70 € (Blue green room) or 90 € Klimt room). The longer you are staying the more discount you will get. An elaborate continental breakfast and all taxes are included. Prices can differ during holidays. District en facilities of the Bed en breakfast
East / Watergraafsmeer is one of the most multicultural districts of Amsterdam. Al kinds of restaurants, shops and a market are nearby. Authentic mansions from the 1930’s and new housing projects. Shops, good restaurants, public parcs are nearby. Public pool is at 100 meter from the Bed en Breakfast. A 10 minute ride with a tram and you are on Dam Square. You can rent a bike (50 meter) nearby to go around like the Dutch do. The Zoo (Artis) is 2 tramstops away. Amsterdam is located about 17 km from Airport Schiphol and about 25 km from the sea with regular train connections. Taxi from Schiphol should cost around 45-50 Euro. How to get to us? Parking in front of our bed and breakfast
If you arrive by car, parking is always possible in Amsterdam East. During the week from 9.00 hours until 21.00 hours on you will have to pay about 21 € for a dayticket. On Sundays you can park for free. You can either pay cash (exact amount) or by a special card, called Chipknip (available at the Bed en Breakfast). Public transport to our Bed and breakfast
The Amsterdam Amstel Train, Bus and Metro Station is a 15 minute walk from our accommodation. The nearest tram stop is around the corner of our bed breakfast (Tram number 9, 15 minutes to Central Station). Shops, all kinds of restaurants, the Artis Zoo, local markets and public gardens are within walking distance of your room. From the Park and Ride it takes you 10 minutes to get here or go to the centre of Amsterdam. Map
Conditions of the Bed Breakfast
Breakfast is served between 8.00 and 10.00 hours in our kitchen or at your room. Children Maximum 2 small children until 3 years can get an extra bed only on the Klimt room. Older children need to stay in the other room, maximum 2 children per room. Smoking To stay a pleasant accommodation for all our guest, smoking (hard and sofdrugs) and drinking alcohol are not allowed. Pets Since we are allergic to pets, they are not allowed in our mansion. Arrival en departure Departure before 11.00 hours. Paying Downpayment of at least 50% of the total amount is required, unless agreed on differently. Paying cash is possible at the BenB.
